What data we process
If you contact us, we process the information you provide (through the contact form, by email or by phone), such as your name, contact details and the contents of your message or order. The form on this website sends data directly to us (through Netlify Forms, our hosting provider), nowhere else. We use it solely to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, fulfil a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps).
Contacting businesses (if we contacted you)
If we contacted you with a website proposal, we use only publicly available business contact details (the business's website, commercial and trade registers, public business directories such as Azet, or a business profile on Google or Facebook), never private addresses or phone numbers. We process the business name, company ID, managing director's name, business email and phone number on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: a direct offer of a service related to your business). We state the source of your contact details in every email.
You may object and opt out at any time (Article 21 GDPR): use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or send a short reply to ahoj@svenity.sk or to the email you received. We will mark your contact as “do not contact” and will not contact you again. If you do not reply to our email, we will not send another. We keep the data in our internal records (CRM on the Supabase platform) and delete it within 24 months at the latest if there is no reply.
Website check
If, on svenity.sk/kontrola you enter a website address, our server downloads its publicly accessible pages and checks them. We measure website speed using Google PageSpeed Insights from our server; we send Google only the address of the website being checked.
We store the address, check result, email address (if supplied), whether you are the owner, and IP address. We use the IP address only to prevent abuse by limiting the number of checks. If you ask us from the result page to get in touch, we use the contact details you enter. We record visits without cookies for statistics (time, page address and IP address).
The legal basis is your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not send further offers without your consent. Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months.
Retention period
We retain contact details for no more than 24 months after the last contact unless you become a customer. In that case, we keep them for the contract's duration and then for the statutory retention periods (for example, accounting records for 10 years).
Who receives your data
Nobody for marketing purposes. Our processors (such as an accountant, hosting provider or email provider) may access the data solely to fulfil the contract.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. You can contact us at any time at ahoj@svenity.sk. If you believe the processing is not lawful, you may complain to the Slovak data protection authority, Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR (dataprotection.gov.sk).
