How do I change something on the website after launch?
Use your personal update link and describe the change in one sentence. Text, prices and contact details go live within 10 minutes. For a photo, new element, section order or design change, we'll send a preview within 10 minutes and publish only after your confirmation. You can undo any change with one click. You can also email small changes, which we'll make manually within 48 hours at no extra charge. We'll build new pages, an online shop or a complete redesign manually, with scope and price agreed in advance.
What if a change doesn't turn out how I expected?
You'll see a text change in an email with a before-and-after comparison and can undo it with one click (at no extra cost, although it still counts towards your limit). Design changes go live only after you approve the preview, so nothing you haven't seen is published. If you're unsure, write to us and we'll refine it manually.
What does the €19 or €29 monthly price include?
For €19/month, you get hosting, brief support requests, small manual website changes within 48 hours and 1 automatic change per week within 10 minutes, without booking. For €29/month, the total price also includes booking, business email and 2 automatic changes per week. SMS messages are separate. New features, extensive changes and migrations are priced by agreement.
What's the difference between a form and booking?
A contact form sends an enquiry but does not check availability. Booking works with specific times and your business settings; an appointment is valid only after the business confirms it. We'll agree on launch after checking the setup.
How do you set the one-off website price?
A simple website starts at €390. A more extensive business website costs €590–790, and a custom premium solution starts at €790. Before starting, we'll confirm the page count, content, features, materials and final price.
Are the domain and business email included?
We'll connect an existing domain. If you don't have one and the name you want is available, we pay for the first year; you pay for renewals. Business email is included in the €29/month plan. We'll agree on mailbox provision and the required settings before you order.
Can I pay for hosting upfront instead of a monthly plan?
For a basic website without booking, a one-off hosting buyout is available for €700 on top of the website price. A deposit of 50% of the website price is due when you order; the balance and hosting buyout are paid after completion, before launch. Support and changes after the warranty period are charged separately. We do not currently offer a buyout for booking and email.
Can you create a custom design or configurator?
Yes, after reviewing the requirements and agreeing an individual price. We tailor a standard website to your business's content, brand and services within the agreed scope. A configurator, payments, online shop or custom application are not automatically included in the €390 price. Renegade Barbers above is a fictional design example.
Do I need a website from you to get automation?
No. We can assess a standalone automation or connections between your existing tools. First, we need to understand which process slows you down and what inputs and outputs it uses.
What custom software can you build?
A small internal application, a connection between systems, or data processing and validation. We'll agree on feasibility, scope, pricing and support based on your specific requirements.
Do you also handle SEO and Google visibility?
Basic structure, titles, meta descriptions and mobile layout are part of the website. We'll assess additional SEO work and a Google Business Profile separately. We do not guarantee Google rankings or customer numbers.
When do I pay, and how much?
With a monthly website plan, you pay for the build after completion and approval, with no deposit; monthly services are paid in advance. We deliver a standard website without booking within 48–72 hours of order confirmation. We'll agree on the timing of booking or custom solutions after assessment. The hosting buyout described above is the exception to the no-deposit arrangement.
